Refund and Returns

At NaturiqueShop, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best handcrafted products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


๐Ÿšซ Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used candles or soaps

  • Bathing powders and personal care items that have been opened

  • Custom or gift-wrapped products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital content


โš ๏ธ Partial Refunds May Be Granted

We may offer partial refunds in cases such as:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use

  • Damaged packaging (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days (if accepted)


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. Youโ€™ll get an email confirmation.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


โณ Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasnโ€™t arrived yet:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI app again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider โ€” it may take time to reflect.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at naturiqueshop@gmail.com and send the item to:

๐ŸŽ Gifts

If you received an item marked as a gift:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.

  • If the gift was shipped to the buyer and later gifted to you, we will refund the original buyer.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance โ€” we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
