You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Bathing powders and personal care items that have been opened
Custom or gift-wrapped products
Gift cards
Downloadable digital content

Items returned with visible signs of use
Damaged packaging (not due to our error)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at naturiqueshop@gmail.com and send the item to:

If you received an item marked as a gift:
Youโll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
If the gift was shipped to the buyer and later gifted to you, we will refund the original buyer.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.
